As the founder of NYC Pupil, she is dedicated to providing advanced eye care for children and adults, with a strong focus on vision therapy and rehabilitation. Beyond patient care, Dr. Gelfond-Polnariev is passionate about consulting for vision therapy practices, helping them grow and integrate effective treatment models.
As an Associate Clinical Professor at SUNY College of Optometry, she is dedicated to teaching the next generation of optometrists and fostering their expertise in pediatrics and vision therapy.
