Erin Jubas has been a COVT, Certified Optometric Vision Therapist, for 10 years and has over 18 years of experience in the field of optometry. Since 2008, she has worked as a vision therapist, gaining extensive experience working side by side with a wide range of patient populations. She is passionate about educating vision therapists and doctors and has enjoyed mentoring OVTs and Pacific University students over the years. Her most recent achievement was completing two terms, six wonderful years, of volunteer service to OVDRA on the IECB, International Education Certification Board, as a COVT candidate reviewer and board member.
A resident of Central Oregon, Erin enjoys being in nature, traveling, and camping with her other half while letting the dog run free – and that dog can run! She also finds joy in raising her teenage daughter as she heads toward adulthood. Erin is deeply devoted to the field of optometry and is passionate about using the right tools for the right job. “Vision therapy gives patients an opportunity to make changes, and we are in the unique position to guide them. We’ve got a front-row seat to the moment when business as usual ends and new pathways emerge. Let’s do this!”
